Matt created a customized program based on my goals and schedule. He updates my program weekly as I progress and tweaks my program for injury prevention and management. We have check-ins multiple times per week which I find really encouraging and supportive. He gives me feedback on my form, sends me videos and stretches for recovery, and keeps me feeling inspired! Not to mention I’ve seen some serious progress. I’m stronger (and it shows), can lift a lot more, and feel really great. Matt is so knowledgeable and good at what he does! 5/5 stars would recommend!

I’ve been in the gym since I was 19, often training with friends and following programs with intermediate knowledge of weightlifting. Over the years, I struggled with consistency, enjoyment, and recurring injuries, which often held me back. When I started working with Matt in the summer of 2024, everything changed. He helped me uncover the root causes of my injuries and taught me so much about what my body is truly capable of. After a period of avoiding deadlifts and squats due to injury, Matt guided me through a personalized program that strengthened my weak points and addressed muscle imbalances.
